Elegibility & Purpose

Who is the Reformed Singles Summit for?
The Reformed Singles Summit is designed for Christian singles ages 18 and older who desire biblical teaching, meaningful fellowship, and opportunities to build Christ-centered friendships with other believers. There is no upper age limit, and we are delighted to welcome brothers and sisters in Christ from a variety of ages and life stages.
Do I need to be Reformed or Presbyterian to attend?
No. Christians from other denominations are welcome to attend, although most attendees come from Reformed and Presbyterian churches.
Is this primarily a dating event?
While the Summit provides opportunities to meet other Christian singles, it is not a matchmaking or speed-dating event. Our primary purpose is to provide biblical teaching, encouragement, worship, and meaningful fellowship with brothers and sisters in Christ.

Registration

What does the registration fee include?

Registration includes admission to all Summit sessions and scheduled activities, Saturday evening dinner, and Sunday lunch.

Transportation, lodging, and all other meals are not included.

What is the registration deadline?

Registration closes on January 2, 2027.

Can I register or pay at the door?
Advance registration is required so that we can plan appropriately for meals and other conference needs. If special circumstances require you to pay at the door, please contact us before arriving.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent someone from attending. In rare situations, such as a family emergency, a refund may be considered if requested by December 15, 2026. Refunds will not be available after that date.

If your cancellation does not qualify for a refund, you may transfer your registration to another eligible attendee. Please contact the RSS team before transferring or selling your registration so that we can update the attendee and meal information.

Will I receive a registration confirmation?

Yes. You should receive a confirmation email after registering. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact us at ReformedSinglesSummit@gmail.com.

Are scholarships or discounted registrations available?

If you need assistance with the registration fee, your church may be able to sponsor your registration. Please review the sponsorship section of the website for additional information.

Can I attend only part of the weekend?
Yes, but discounted registration is not available for partial attendance.

Arrival, Location, and Schedule

Where will the Summit be held?

The 2027 Reformed Singles Summit will be hosted by:

What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive by approximately 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Atlanta traffic can be especially heavy on holiday weekends. In previous years, some attendees traveling from out of town missed the Friday evening session because of traffic. If you are traveling more than two hours, please allow plenty of additional travel time.

Will there be free time?
Yes. Saturday afternoon will include free time before dinner. Sunday lunch will also provide a relaxed opportunity for additional fellowship.

Travel and Lodging

Does RSS provide transportation?
No. RSS does not provide transportation to or from the airport, hotel, or conference venue. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Friends and fellow attendees may choose to coordinate airport pickups, share rental cars, or travel to the Summit together.

Where should I stay?

Hotel information and any available group-booking details will be posted once they have been confirmed.

Attendees may also make their own arrangements with friends to share an Airbnb or other accommodations. RSS will not be arranging accommodations in private homes.

Which airport should I use?

The closest major airport is Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • A Bible
  • A notebook and pen
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Comfortable shoes for walking and dancing
  • Any medications or personal items you may need
  • Personal toiletries—especially deodorant if you plan to dance! 😉

Meals and Dietary Needs

Which meals are included with registration?
The Summit will provide dinner on Saturday evening and lunch on Sunday. Attendees are responsible for all other meals.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions listed on your registration form. Please include any food allergies or dietary needs when registering.

Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available for the meals provided on Saturday and Sunday. If you have a serious allergy or specialized dietary need, please contact us directly before the Summit.

Clothing and Dancing

What is the dress code?
Casual to business-casual attire is appropriate for the conference sessions.
Many attendees enjoy dressing up for the Saturday evening dance, but this is entirely optional. If you plan to dance, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You may also wish to bring a change of clothes.

Comfortable shoes are especially important. Consider testing your shoes with a quick turn on a non-carpeted floor before the event. You will want shoes that allow you to move and spin easily without being too slippery.

Is dancing required?
No. Dancing is completely optional. If you prefer not to dance, you are welcome to visit with others, observe the dancing, play a game, or simply enjoy the fellowship.
Do I need to bring a dance partner?
No partner is required. Attendees will have opportunities to participate and dance with different people throughout the evening.
What kind of dancing will there be?
The evening will include beginner-friendly group and partner dances with instruction. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Dances may include contra dancing, English country dancing, East Coast swing, and a beginner waltz.

Communication and Assistance

How will I receive conference updates?
Important updates will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. Please check your email regularly as the Summit approaches.
